Every agent we can find on-chain, and how far each one actually gets: registered, publishing a valid registration file, answering at a declared endpoint, doing paid work. Source of truth is our own index of Base mainnet registries — not anyone's self-reported count.

Percentages are of all registered agents in the index. Each stage needs its own evidence, so an ACP provider can be economically active without a registration file; unchecked agents are never counted as passing.
