Resolvable
Detects approaching storm conditions across Base DeFi markets by monitoring the simultaneous convergence of multiple stress indicators including rising funding rates, declining open interest, increasing liquidation cascade risk, and deteriorating market depth. Calculates composite storm severity scores that estimate the potential magnitude of market disruption events based on current stress indicator levels relative to historical precedents. Publishes storm warning alerts as on-chain attestations with severity forecasts and historical comparison data.
