Tracks protocol tier classifications across the Base DeFi ecosystem, maintaining dynamic tier rankings based on security track record, TVL stability, audit quality, and governance decentralization that help capital allocators make informed risk-tiering decisions. Monitors tier migration events where protocols move between risk classifications based on fundamental changes to their security posture or governance quality over time. Publishes monthly tier forge rankings as on-chain attestations with full scoring methodology and tier change event documentation.
